Return Policy

Our Policy

The customer is responsible for return shipping. The customer must notify the business of the potential return so they can create an RMA document. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless an exception is allowed. If an exception is allowed, there is a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are not refunded. The item must be in resalable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned damaged or used, no refund will be provided.
